Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees on the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment made for confirmed orders WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. However, the amount can be kept as credit for your future order. No expiry date for the credit.

Any cancellations or postpone in delivery dates, please do inform us 72 hours prior otherwise the order will be voided without any credits or refunds.

Cakes decoration changes may be made to your cake design, subjected to availability (e.g. flowers, as not all flower bloom in the same)

We bake in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, nut and soy. (Please inform us of any allergens)

We are not a halal-certified bakery.

We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the items have left our premises.
Deliveries

Payment must be made in full for an order slot to be successfully reserved and confirmed.

A 10-minute grace period will apply, if there is no one present to receive the order during the time slot chosen, Please note that if the intended recipient is not present during the delivery time slot chosen, re-delivery charges will apply.

Changes from a collection to a delivery is subject to the availability of our couriers. Regular delivery charges apply and must be paid 72 hours before original date/time of collection.

The recipient of the cake is responsible for checking that the cake received are correct and in good condition. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.

If instructions are given to the driver to leave the items outside the premises (door handle or a cabinet) we will not be responsible for the conditions of these items after delivery.

Pick Up

Payment must be made in full for an order slot to be successfully reserved and confirmed.

Do arrange time and date prior to placing your order, no refunds will be entertained for any discrepancies if no arrangements were made with us.

The person collecting the cake is responsible for checking that the order specifications of the cake received are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the cake or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised to our staff at the time of collection.

We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the items have left our premises.
Storage

All cakes and desserts should be kept refrigerated

Buttercream cakes are recommended to be brought to room temperature before consumption.

Fondant decorations, should be removed and stored in air-con only.

For prolong extended storage: the cakes/desserts are recommended to be kept covered (i.e. box/ container) in the refrigerator and ideally consumed within 3 days for quality assurance.
